Cancellation and Refund Policy |
|
|
|
A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat no later than February 1, 2010. There will be a JPY 10,000 service charge for processing a refund. After this date, there will be NO REFUNDS. All refunds will be paid after the Symposium. |
